Contemporary printmaking crosses many boundaries as it seeks to transform and realize a multitude of ideas. This symposium seeks to create a dialogue on the transformative nature of contemporary approaches to printmaking; through the exploration of new techniques, innovative directions and concepts, or the creation of new avenues of dissemination.

CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

For all proposals please include a one-page resume, a brief synopsis (for inclusion on the website) and a more detailed paragraph of the proposed activity.

For Panel proposals please also include a one-page resume for each participant.  We would like to keep panels to a max of three people to allow time for presentations and questions.

For Portfolio proposals please also include the size of the prints and number of prints in the edition. The names of participants in the portfolio are not required at this time, although you may include names if they are known. Please note that the portfolio will need to be sent a week before the symposium. The set should not be framed but may be matted or loose. We do not require a set for a collection though we do suggest making an “exhibition” set. The set will be returned at our expense.

For other Exhibitions/Projects please include images, or links if appropriate. We want to accommodate different projects but this is dependant on space. If you have questions please email us.
